The bite has been great!

It’s been a great season so far on Clear Lake and even with all the rain the bite continues to be good. We have been catching limits of Walleye on most trips with some Yellow Bass, Pike, and panfish mixed in. Most of the fish have been caught on Leeches or Worms. We have been using a lot of jigs and slip bobbers over the last 3 weeks and the bite has been in 4-8 feet of water for most trips. After the 4th of July we have many spots open. Guide Trips run $300 for 2 people and that covers 4 hours of fishing and we will clean your fish. You will enjoy the day on the lake with us.

Please visit our facebook page Kevan Pauls Guide Service and give it a LIKE. We are much more active on that page. I’ll do my best post more reports here as well.

Please call 641-529-2359 to book your trip today.

The bite was great last weekend! 6-7-15

The Walleye bite on Clear Lake continued to be great last weekend. The morning bite was much better for us than the evening but both were good. We caught most of the fish on jigs and or slip bobbers.
I have a couple 4 hr spots open in the next few days otherwise we are full until the 29th of June. We are starting to do Muskie trips now and we are also doing some trips on Crystal Lake. The fishing on Crystal is awesome! Crystal is all about panfish, large mouth and Walleye. We have many open spots after the 4th of July. Feel free to call if you have more questions. Thank You 641-529-2359

Season starts tomorrow!

Tomorrow will be my first day out checking multiple lakes and ponds.  We hope to pop a few holes and put some fish on the ice.  If all goes well we will be starting the guided ice fishing trips soon. Check back in a couple days and I’ll fill you in on my adventures.
